New agents and those interested in the field are encouraged to apply Responsibilities: • Practice scripts for lead conversion. • Handle in-call inquiries about homes for sale and schedule showings. • Receive buyer and seller appointments from the Inside sales department. • Make outbound calls to a large database of leads for nurturing and booking consultations. • Attend buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and convert them to a signed client. • Host Weekend Open Houses to obtain buyer and seller prospects. • Negotiate transactions and monitor the escrow process to ensure a successful close. • Keep up with the local real estate market knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community. • Attend weekly meetings and training. • Attend local and national conferences to expand your real estate skills, knowledge, and network. Qualifications: • Full-time position only (no part-time). • Must have a Valid California Real-estate license. • Must have a Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car. • Willing to learn and desires growth personally and professionally. • Knows basic computer skills. • Team player and willing to help other team members to achieve common goals. Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 yearly
