Garden Crew Member - Full-time Seasonal Idaho | Full-time Seasonal | Pay: Starts at $18/hour DOE

The Role We’re hiring a Garden Crew Member to support our maintenance routes and garden care work. This is an entry-level, hands-on position for someone who likes working outdoors, enjoys learning plant care, and takes pride in leaving a property looking sharp.

What You’ll Do

Weed beds thoroughly and maintain a clean garden presentation

Prune and deadhead plants following training and direction

Rake/blow debris and keep patios/walkways clean

Mulch beds to proper depth and maintain crisp bed edges

Watch for plant stress, pests, disease, and irrigation issues and report them

Load/unload tools daily and keep equipment clean and organized

Work as part of a team to complete routes efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Comfortable working outside in Idaho weather

Respectful communication and professional behavior on client property

Prior experience is helpful but not required — we can train the right person

Safety is Non-Negotiable

PPE required (boots, gloves, eye/ear protection as needed)

Follow tool and equipment safety rules

Work safely around machinery and cutting zones

Follow hydration and heat/cold protocols

Report hazards immediately

Pay & Schedule

Full-Time Seasonal

Pay: $18/hour DOE

Overtime may be available during peak season, per business needs and applicable law
