Your Purpose:
We are looking for Customer Experience Specialists with a horticultural background, who are passionate about providing the highest level of customer support and are dedicated to ensuring our Gardyners a customer experience as magical as growing their own quality food at home, gaining awareness about what they eat and discovering new tastes along the way.
To nail your job you will:
- Have an understanding of basic plants education and can provide our customers with guidance on their growing needs
- Be familiar with answering and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Can analyze customers inquiries and feedback based on customers inputs and system data, properly identify the problem if any, find answers and solutions, and guide the customer in a timely manner through the resolution, all with a polite, empathetic, and professional voice and manner
- Have the ability to quickly recognize a pattern of technical and plant growing issues through customer’s outreach and can escalate appropriately for urgent topics needing to be addressed with other company departments
- Be resourceful and can navigate through applications and company tools to research and resolve customer inquiries
- Identify daily tasks that may need to be restructured and propose solutions for improvement
- Have superior customer care skills and ability to assess customers’ needs to provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for an outstanding customer experience
- Work cross-functionally to create a continuous feedback loop from customers to improve pain points and enhance their experience
- Enjoy creating resources for customers and colleagues to build a better knowledge base both internally and customer facing
- Navigate through Zendesk and Jira to resolve customer requests to meet team KPI’s for first response and final resolution with customer inquiriesinquries

- You have flexibility with your work schedule and can work nights and weekends
