Garland Mill is an integrated architecture and building company that specializes in the design and construction of high performing buildings. We primarily work in New Hampshire's North Country and the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Our work encompasses renovation, new construction and occasionally a light commercial project. Most of our buildings are either Net Zero or Passive House inspired. In addition, we prioritize accessibility, clean, local materials, and long term relationships with our employees, the community, trade partners, and clients.

We are hiring an experienced Architect / Designer for full time employment. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, respectful manner, and willingness to learn. The role requires participation in all project phases, from pre-design to end of construction. This position has flexibility for hybrid work as an option.
