Garrett Singer Architecture + Design is currently seeking a creative, motivated, and technically proficient Architect/Drafter with demonstrated capabilities in design and production.

Garrett Singer Architecture & Design is one of the leading full service restaurant design firms in the NYC area, creating spaces for many popular roll out concepts to high end dining for over 20 years.

Recent project work includes both new and repeat clientele opening multiple locations throughout the country and beyond, including Boston, Philadelphia, Delray Beach, Miami and Cayman Islands. This position offers a unique hands on experience working on exciting and creative concepts.

Candidates for this position are well-organized, detail oriented individuals with solid background in organizing and putting together complete sets of construction documents and coordinating with engineering and other consultants, clients and contractors.

• Must have a minimum of 2-years' experience, proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.

• Must demonstrate proficiency in core skills; NYC approvals, coordination, construction documents, contract administration.

• Good oral and written communication skills -Office practices and management, well organized.
