    We are looking for a Supervisor level programmatic expert to help lead one of the largest marketing programs in the automotive industries. This person will work with the Associate Director to oversee and manage a team of experienced programmatic planners and buyers, who execute campaigns across multiple channels and platforms spanning display, native, video, mobile. The Supervisor is responsible for all day-to-day programmatic functions, achievement of performance goals, and contribution to thought leadership POVs. The Supervisor leads the team in developing audience based programmatic recommendations and campaign management that include setup, budget management, optimizations, and bid strategies to ensure client KPIs are achieved. This person helps provide training and manages the team’s tasks and projects.

    The ideal candidate is a programmatic evangelist who knows the programmatic ecosystem inside and out and demonstrates a strong working knowledge of DSPs, SSPs/ ad exchanges, and 3rd party data providers. We’re looking for someone with at least 4 years of programmatic experience who has excellent general problem-solving, communication, and organization skills. All candidates must be comfortable with working in a cross-office environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Oversee audience planning, campaign management & optimization, measurement recommendation and data targeting

    · Own RFP and media planning process by ensuring that programmatic strategies are being developed that represents best-in-class programmatic initiatives

    · Provide QA and approval on new campaigns before launch, media recommendations, and optimization changes.

    · Ensure optimizations are carried out by the team in a timely fashion, and with a clear thought process.

    · Own reconciliation and billing process

    · Manage and oversee campaign budgets and pacing

    · Supervise a team of programmatic specialists day-to-day helping to develop and promote the professional advancement of through training and mentorship

    · Ensure flawless execution of client deliverables are completed before deadlines are due

    · Instill best practices for multiple buying platforms, offering insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through deep use of each platforms functionality

    · Mentor and develop direct reports by providing ongoing training, feedback, goal setting, and coaching in order to improve individual as well as team development

    · Ensure team is fully trained on all aspects of planning and audience reporting, use of research tools, as well as the development of writing and presentation skills

    · Analyze data and effectively communicate findings in verbal and written form

    · Critically evaluate data providers, ad targeting solutions, publishers, and measurement tools

    SYSTEMS & TOOLS:

    · Hands-on experience in DSPs (preferably DV360/Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and using research vendor, and measurement partners is required

    · Intermediate knowledge of ad-verification, and 3rd party data providers is required

    · Expert level use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    · MediaOcean/Prisma/DDS experience is a plus but not required

    · Familiarity with viewability measurement (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify) and audience measurement (Nielsen DAR)

    · Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and operations a plus

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    · At least 4 years of business experience with 2 focused on benefits of programmatic buying

    · At least 1 year of managing a team operating

    · Ability to delegate tasks and juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines

    · Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic buying, campaign management, audience segmentation, ad targeting, and optimization techniques

    · Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills are required

    · Ability to deal with high pressure situations and tight deadlines from clients

    · In-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and media market dynamics and managerial client service experience

    · Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data

    · Understanding of the full life cycle of a campaign including but not limited to briefing, strategy, planning/buying, execution, and reporting

    · Advanced presentation skills and ability to craft & tell a story via decks

    · Great verbal and written communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing environment

    · Ability to translate and disseminate information to multiple parties with varying degrees of programmatic and digital knowledge

    · Advanced understanding of ad networks, ad exchanges, DSPs and/or auction marketplaces

    · Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate solutions

    · Great interpersonal skills and professional attitude to foster relationships and work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team

    · College degree required, preferably in marketing, business, or economics
