Job Description: Searching for an experienced staff accountant to join our firm. Seeking an organized individual with the ability to manage multiple client task and abide by strict deadlines. Customer service driven candidate will work closely with clients . Responsibilities include: Perform client bookkeeping- monthly/quarterly/annually for multiple clients; including bank, credit card and loan reconciliations Produce client payroll- weekly/biweekly/semi -monthly/monthly for multiple clients Preparation of payroll tax returns and filings for multiple clients Preparation of sales tax returns and filings for multiple clients Comply with professional standards and ethics Abide by Federal and State Regulations Financial Statement Compilation Individual and business income tax preparation Qualifications: Associates in Accounting or equivalent experience Microsoft Office proficiency QuickBooks experience a must 10 key proficiency with a minimum of 40 wpm typing required 1 year prior work experience in a related field Problem-solver with a commitment to personal productivity to effectively manage client projects to deliver quality services and ensure firm profitability Energetic, adaptable team member showing consistent initiative in fast paced work environment CS Professional Suite Software experience is a plus
