The Gary Kent Team has sold 5,000+ homes and we want to add two great buyer-agents to our team.  Responsibilities: • What does this look like? This means a lot of phone calls to our database of leads (no cold-calling) and developing your own sphere of influence.We will also show you (and support you) in holding outstanding Open House opportunities and how to best follow up with the folks you meet.This position requires: Do your friends consider you a “people person?” This is a sales position and much of your time will be spent setting appointments and talking with home buyers. • Familiarity with local markets and communities. • Knowledge of California's real estate laws and customs along with the forms we use. • A good, clean and appropriate car for showing clients along with a good driving record.  Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Experience in real estate sales is a plus Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Knowledgeable in the local real estate market and general trends This position requires some evening and weekend work Must have own car and clean driving record • This position requires a valid California real estate license (or let us know how far along you are in the process). • Training is available to new and experienced agents based on your experience and knowledge. Yes, this is a “commission only” independent contractor position; however, there are certain expectations that we hold for our team members to maintain our high level of service and to aid in your success. We also cover most of the traditional expenses associated with selling real estate. Compensation: $82,000 at plan commission
