    ABOUT US:

Gary Middle College (GMC) is a tuition-free, public charter school that serves students in grades 9-12. GMC is a different kind of school; we seek to meet the needs of students who have experienced the kinds of challenges in their life that make earning a high school diploma in a traditional setting difficult. At GMC, we provide students, regardless of life circumstances or previous academic struggle, an evening high school program that is rigorous, individualized and supportive. Through our partnership with Ivy Tech Community College GMC students will be able to take dual credit courses with the opportunity to earn college credit; all at no cost to the student. Students who attend GMC will graduate with a Core-40 High School diploma and up to 60 college credits and their Associate degree.
