Responsibilities: • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. • Generating insurance quotes. • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls. Requirements: • P&C Licenses and/or Life & Health • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful. • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. • Confident, self-starter who works well independently. • Background check required • Is punctual and maintains a good workplace attendance record. • Ability to commute to Marion Iowa, possess a valid driver's license and a source of reliable transportation. • Bilingual is a plus Benefits: • We offer key holidays off, PTO, and flexible work schedules. • This position offers base pay with commission opportunities (base varies with experience) • Salary Range $35,000 - $45,000 base per year.
