As an Insurance Sales Representative you will be part of a team that is helping to grow a small local business office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. You will receive outstanding training and support and be provided with every resource necessary to be successful. Our goal is to have a professional and fun work environment where everyone supports each other and works together to get better every day. Our number one goal is to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an EXTRAORDINARY experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.
Responsibilities:
· Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
· Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
· Generating insurance quotes.
· Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Requirements:
· P&C Licenses and/or Life & Health, we will assist in acquiring for the correct candidate
· Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
· Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
· Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
· Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
· Background check required
· Is punctual and maintains a good workplace attendance record.
· Ability to commute to Marion Iowa, possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation.
· Bilingual is a plus

· Agents will earn around $35,000 – 45,000 per year. However, our top Agents can earn much more.
