Job Duties - Answer incoming phone calls quickly and in a professional manner - Obtain new job information, provide excellent customer service and help maintain strong client relationships - Assist in coordination. - Follow up with customers on project estimates, questions and coordination - File job and customer information accurately and timely - Fax, mail or e-mail estimates, invoices and correspondence - Complete miscellaneous office duties, project tasks and requests in a timely, efficient and thorough manner
Skills Needed: - Strong phone presence - Organization. Will be expected to multi-task - Attention to detail. Date must be entered accurately. - Typing skills. You will need to type notes while talking to clients so above average wpm is required.
