Position: Human Resources Payroll Specialist in Spring Hill, Florida.

Responsibilities:
· Process payroll for 500 employees accurately and on time
· Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly
· Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll laws and regulations
· Assist with payroll reporting and audits as needed
· Collaborate with HR team members to ensure payroll processes align with company policies and procedures
· Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required
· 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field preferred
· Proven experience as a payroll coordinator or similar role
· Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations
· Proficiency in payroll and human resources software such as Paychex or similar platforms
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· In-office position working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
