About the Role:

55 & Chapman Shell is looking for a friendly and reliable Gas and Convenience Cashier to join our team in Orange, CA! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the register with a positive, welcoming attitude

Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using a POS system

Handle fuel pump activations and assist customers with gas purchases

Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain a well-organized store

Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms and the sales floor

Verify customer age for age-restricted purchases such as tobacco and alcohol

Assist with inventory counts and receiving merchandise deliveries

Requirements:

Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Must meet minimum age requirements for handling age-restricted products
