  • Responsibilities

    The Role

    This is an opportunity to join the only GI practice in the community within a hospital-employed model. You’ll become part of a five-physician GI team serving a large regional referral base, with one physician beginning to slow down — creating strong built-in demand.

    What You’ll Do

    1. Provide comprehensive gastroenterology services to a 14-county referral region
    2. Perform procedures at both the hospital and ASC
    3. Manage 20–25 clinic encounters per day
    4. Utilize Athena EMR in clinic and Paragon EMR in hospital
    5. Work in a 6,145-square-foot clinic with 18 exam rooms (3 per physician)
    6. Collaborate with dedicated MA/LPN support (1 per physician)
    7. Participate in 1:5 call rotation
    8. Perform ERCP and/or EUS (preferred but not required)

    Compensation

    1. $700,000 base salary
    2. WRVU productivity bonus
    3. $50,000 sign-on bonus
    4. $100,000 student loan assistance
    5. Fellowship stipend
