    Outpatient Gastroenterologist Opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN

    A well-established and thriving gastroenterology team in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Gastroenterologist to join their collaborative and dynamic group.

    Role Highlights

    • Primarily outpatient-focused with:

      • 3.5 full days in endoscopy

      • 1 full day in the clinic

      • 0.5 day of dedicated administrative time weekly

    • No weekend call required, per diem compensation available if you choose to pick up weekend inpatient shifts

    • Minimal weeknight call (Monday-Thursday), supported by a nocturnist APP who takes first call

    • Strong APP support for clinic patients

    • The compensation model includes a generous base salary with a wRVU production incentive earning potential well over

      $1 million annually
    • Future opportunity for ASC ownership

    Team Structure

    Join a comprehensive gastroenterology group that includes:

    • Outpatient general gastroenterologists

    • Interventional gastroenterologists

    • Inpatient GI hospitalists

    • IBD specialists

    • Support team: Advanced Practice Providers with specialized GI training

    The group operates from three modern offices across Northeast Indiana, with the main office located on a large, integrated medical campus.
