We are currently seeking creative problem solvers that love a challenge in order to service our growing list of clients. We are looking for a Gate Technician to perform the following tasks: These technicians should be capable of solving most common issues with gates. This position generally reports to the service manager, but also use the Service Tech II as a resource to help solve more complicated problems. 1) Help identify products and sometimes order necessary parts to complete repairs. 2) Be an excellent problem solver and methodical thinker. Sometimes creative solutions might be required using out of the box thinking. 3) Help the Service Manager when onsite to communicate with the onsite manager or staff. 4) Accurately record all time on the jobsite and track additional materials needed or change orders. 5) Accurately record all relevant installation information including equipment used, timers, Ip addresses, passwords, and any other relevant information to help with future service. 6) Keep your vehicle and tools in an orderly fashion. 7) Be willing to further technical knowledge and skills through in house or factory training programs.
