Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and reliable Gatehouse Security Guard to join our team. The Gatehouse Security Guard is responsible for controlling access to the property, assisting residents and guests, observing and reporting suspicious activity, and maintaining a safe and professional presence at all times.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control entry and exit at the gatehouse

Verify residents, guests, vendors, and visitors before granting access

Keep accurate logs of visitors, vendors, and incidents

Provide courteous customer service to residents and guests

Observe and report unusual, suspicious, or unsafe activity

Communicate clearly with management, residents, and supervisors

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty

Follow all post orders and company procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous security experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to remain alert, professional, and dependable

Basic computer and phone skills

Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors as needed

Valid guard card preferred/required depending on assignment

Schedule:

Full-time / Part-time available

Day, swing, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required

Work Environment:

Residential community / gated property

Indoor and outdoor work environment
