Insurance Defense law firm in Irvine is seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney for its warranty department. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
*Must be an active member in good standing with the California Bar
*Possess minimum 2 years civil litigation experience and knowledge of lemon law
*Must be a self starter and the ability to work independently
*Must have a high level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines
*Demonstrate good judgment, strong critical thinking skills and the desire and willingness to take ownership and control of projects
*Experience drafting discovery, pleadings and a variety of motions
*Strong research
*Have excellent communication, analytical and writing skills
*Have excellent client relations and interpersonal skills
