    Gatesman is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst with 1-3 years experience who is excited to join our Marketing Intelligence team.  This individual will help our teams and clients uncover trends and improve the digital user journey across our websites and campaigns by leveraging data and analytics.

    The Digital Marketing Analyst's responsibilities include:

    RESEARCH: 

    Research user behavior related to client's business or marketing challenges

    Leverage 3rd party research tools to provide insight into target audiences and associated opportunity areas

    MEASUREMENT STRATEGY: 

    Work with various stakeholders to define business goals & KPIs

    Propose the associated measurement and tracking strategy for campaigns and websites

    WEBSITE & CAMPAIGN ANALYSES: 

    Conduct both project-based analyses and ongoing regular reporting of websites and marketing campaigns

    Pull out key metrics and trends from various data platforms including Google Analytics, Various Ads Platforms, SEO tools, In-house created Tableau dashboards, etc

    Deep dive into interesting trends identified to help round out more meaningful insights

    Provide reports showcasing KPIs and trends, but with a focus on the key story and recommended business actions

    SEO ANALYSES: 

    Monitor SEO trends across clients and conduct keyword research to identify key opportunities for content or campaign connections

    Connect keyword research to audience insight; round out audience profiles accordingly

    RECOMMENDATIONS: 

    Present results and recommendations to both internal teams and clients

    Provide recommendation on audience targeting, user flow, and tactical marketing opportunities based on insights gleaned through data

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
    • Minimum one year experience in business and/or marketing analytics
    • Experience using a web analytics platform like Google Analytics to uncover user behavior
    • Experience with SEO metrics and/or keyword research tools
    • Proficiency using Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) or Google sheets
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related discipline preferred
    • Familiarity and understanding of digital advertising and marketing preferred
    • Experience using Data Studio, Facebook Insights, & Tableau preferred
    • Experience writing code in SQL preferred
