    **Summary of Position
    ** The Logistics Specialist is responsible for getting key supplies our Gateway campuses need where they need it by when it needs to be there while also assisting the Campus Operations Lead in supporting Gateway-wide operational functions.

    **Primary Functions
    ** ● Oversee research, purchasing, procurement, and inventory management of supplies, services, and
    equipment that serve all of our Gateway campuses.

    ● Oversee financial reporting and budget reconciliation for purchasing and procurement.

    ● Manage volunteer Logistics Team(s) who assist with prep and delivery of supplies to all campuses.

    ● Manage the resources and tools Logistics uses to fulfill its function.

    ● Coordinate and cultivate vendor relations essential to Campus Operations including Logistics.

    ● Prepare periodic reports to track developments and metrics for insight into the overall efficiency and
    effectiveness of Campus Operations including Logistics.

    ● Assist the Campus Operations Lead with coordination for special events and projects across campuses
    (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Leadership Huddle, Campus Launch, etc.).

    ● Assist the Campus Operations Lead coordinating resources each campus needs to execute operational
    activities with excellence.

    ● Assist the Campus Operations Lead with internal and external communication (written, electronic, and
    verbal), as needed.

    **
    Secondary Functions
    ** ● Participate in meetings as required.

    ● Participate in recommended training and development relevant to the job role.

    ● Perform other duties as assigned.

    Desired Qualifications/Skills
    ** ● Good time management and interpersonal skills

    ● Effective oral and written communication skills

    ● Strong administrative, organizational, detail-oriented, and project management skills

    ● Able to give and receive feedback as well as constructive criticism

    ● Experience with spreadsheets and google docs

    ● Experience with budget management

    ● Experience with, or the quick ability to learn, relevant tools used on the job (i.e. eSPACE, Odoo Concur,
    Asset Panda, Slack, Monday, etc.)

    ● Willingness to learn how to lead and care for volunteers

    ● Mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers is a bonus

    **Spiritual Criteria
    ** ● Must have an intimate and growing relationship with Christ

    ● Must become a commissioned leader at Gateway Church (or be willing to if not currently commissioned)

    ● Model standards and expectations of commissioned leaders at Gateway Church

    **Working Conditions and other information
    ** ● Primarily can be done remotely

    ● Some in office hours for meetings as needed

    ● Required Sunday hours during Holidays and All-Hands-on-Deck events (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Superbull,
    Leadership Huddle, etc.)

    ● Required attendance to annual All Staff Retreat- dates are subject to change but typically fall sometime
    in May

    ● Required attendance to annual Leadership huddle- dates are subject to change but typically fall
    sometime in August

    ● Attend all functions that we require of our Commissioned Core (i.e. Leadership Community, etc.)
