    Job Description

    The Junior Communications Assistant will be a Gather Data, in order to assess the status of the company’s public image, Communications Assistants will need to regularly collect and assess data and analytics across a variety of digital platforms. Then, based on their analysis of that data, they will make recommendations for expanding or improving both public image and online presence.

    Then, the successful candidate is responsible for helping with the planning, development, and implementation of our marketing and communication strategies and public relations activities that promote, enhance, and protect the brand's reputation.

    Pay:

    $1350 per week

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement a communications strategy.
    • Organize and direct promotional events.
    • Recommend techniques to improve the company’s public image.
    • Make sure that all promotional and marketing materials meet the company’s brand identity strategy.
    • Identify and resolve any issues with promotional content in a timely and professional manner.
    • Serve as point of contact for media and public questions.
    • Assess and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
    • Preserve customer data for both current and new customers
    • Facilitate effective internal communications
    • Track projects and campaign exposure
    • Handle confidential customer information appropriately and treat it sensitively
    • Respond to negative customer inquiries with the ambition of regaining customer trust
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Advertising, Communications, or related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience working as an Advertising Sales Representative.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills: Given the sheer number of people who they’ll have to interact with on a daily basis, it’s essential for Communications Assistants to have great interpersonal skills and be able to seamlessly carry a conversation.
