Job Description

Gathright-Reed, a leading DME complany that specializes in diabetic testing supplies, along with other medical supplies, is looking for Customer Service Representatives. Customer Service Representative is repsonsible for efficiently and accurately handling incoming and outgoing calls. These calls will be assisting customers in taking and processing orders for medical supplies as well as communication with doctor's offices and clinics for medical documentation. The position will require working Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Computer experience a must

Good organizational, time management and customer service skills

Customer Service experience preferred, but will train

Must be able to multi-task and handle high order volume
