Responsibilities: • Installing, maintaining, and fixing commercial garage doors and their components in Austin, TX, US, such as electric motors, spring systems, and door openers. • Identifying any issues with malfunctioning garage doors and investigating the root cause of the problem accurately. • Making adjustments and replacing broken or worn components like springs, tracks, and hinges as necessary. • Performing regular maintenance checks to ensure all components of garage doors in Austin, TX, US operate smoothly. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service consistently.
