Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required. Responsibilities: • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth • Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers Qualifications: • Develops innovative forward design concepts • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required • Team player • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Compensation: $50,000+
