Responsibilities: • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth • Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers Qualifications: • Develops innovative forward design concepts • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required • Team player • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Compensation: $50,000+
