    JOB TITLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION OVERVIEW: As GeBBS continues to capitalize on its strong foundation and rapid growth, we are seeking outstanding professionals to join the organization selling GeBBS’ suite of RCM solutions. The Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation with key decision makers within Hospitals and Health Systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Responsible and accountable for planning, qualifying, obtaining, and developing new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed corporate revenue goals
    • Maintain and provide timely and accurate pipeline tracking within Salesforce
    • Consistent outreach and relationship development of potential clients
    • Meet and exceed established quotas for calls, meetings, and other outreach efforts and activities as directed
    • Effectively communicate GeBBS’ suite of offerings utilizing and sharing collateral, campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials available
    • Creative and effective outreach activities via various forms of communication (i.e., calls, e-mail, text, LinkedIn, and other forms of relevant social media)
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors Degree preferred
    • Knowledge of healthcare, some experience in sales, customer relations, revenue cycle management operations support, and/or business development experience
    • Knowledge of hospitals and health systems
    • Ability to identify areas of need and GeBBS relevant solutions
    • Self-starter, innovative, and displays initiative
    • Adept at cold calling (“hunter”) and various client outreach capabilities
    • Foster client relationship development
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
