    SALARY $75-90K

     

    A growing fast casual restaurant group is looking for a Human Resources Manager for LINCOLN, NE who will provide SUPPORT TO crewmembers in assigned areas of the company. They will work directly with the Leadership Team and restaurant management to handle issues pertaining to EEOC, HARASSMENT AND COMPLIANCE, PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION RISK AND BENEFITS MANAGEMENT, COMPANY REWARDS AND RECOGNITION PROGRAMS and any other crewmember related function as needed.

     

    Our HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER is responsible for the development, implementation, communication and administration of all Human Resource functions, with the exception of training. Our Human Resource Manager must ensure all programs support the company’s strategic objective, maintain legal compliance, attract and retain great management and Crewmembers and operate within budgetary constraints. The Human Resources Manager will remain current with regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws regarding Human Resources.

     

    PRINICPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Lead and manage the processing of payroll

    · Design, plan and manage insurance and retirement benefit programs

    · Design, plan and mange welfare benefit programs

    · Develop and manage Human Resource Policies and Procedures

    · Maintain legal compliance pertaining to all Human Resources issues

    · Lead and manage Senior Recruiter, HR Generalist and payroll processing

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR Management or Business Management

    · Minimum four years of Human Resources Manager experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry

    · Two years of Payroll processing experience

    · Two years of Compensation and Benefits experienced

    · SHRM Certification PHR or SPHR preferred

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

     

    Our Human Resources should have:

    • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage projects and timelines
    • Excellent problem solving and resolution skills

    · Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • At least 3 years of Human Resources management experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
