TITLE OF POSITION: RECRUITING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Recruiting Manager must be a motivated, friendly self-starter with personal discipline and an entrepreneur attitude. The person in this position will establish recruiting needs by interviewing candidates and meeting with managers to discuss needs. The Recruiting Manager will attract applicants by placing job advertisements on various job boards and will determine candidate qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, and verifying references.

The Recruiting Manager must have knowledge of internet search engines, exemplary verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow established protocol. This person must desire to mentor management applicants and impact lives on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The Recruiting Manager must have 3-5 years of Executive Management, Human
• Resource/Recruiting, Assistant General Management or General Management experience in a high-volume restaurant, retail store, hotel, resort, or casino
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and payroll systems a huge plus
• The Recruiting Manager must have entrepreneurial ambition and desire to be in business for themselves
• The Recruiting Manager must have the highest levels of professionalism and integrity
• The Recruiting Manager must have self-discipline and the ability to work independently and also with the entire HR team
