    TITLE OF POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

    JOB DESCRIPTION: The Human Resource Manager will see that all files are kept up to company standard and that filing is processed appropriately and in a timely manner, this includes General Liability, Worker’s Compensation and Employment and Unemployment files. The person in this position will also be responsible for the administration of absence/leave management, while ensuring proper metrics are established to measure absence/leave activity. This person will be responsible for handling all Worker’s Compensation paperwork in a timely fashion, maintaining and tracking I9 forms to ensure proper procedures are being followed and will perform various clerical duties when needed, such as typing meeting notes, taking minutes at meetings, grievance and arbitration hearings. The Human Resource Manager will also perform other duties and tasks as requested.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·        The Human Resource Manager must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resource role

    ·        The Human Resource Manager must have strong employee relations experience

    ·        The Human Resource Manager must have exceptional judgment and decision-making skills

    ·        The Human Resource Manager must have excellent communication skills

    ·        The Human Resource Manager must be able to involve themselves with others in a respectful, professional, and positive manner at all times
