    This position will be located in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles.     We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The perfect match will be capable of taking on several projects and tasks at one time and prioritizing them based on the demand of the hour, all without losing focus. If this is you, we want you!

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Should develop sales plans, prepare sales sheets and metrics and own outbound sales activities.
    • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
    • Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
    • Answering any technical questions the client might have.
    • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.
    • Handling of inbound outbound calls from customers and technicians.
    • Play an active role in closing end-user business by working closely with our Company sales Engineers and partners, and in managing a sales pipeline.
    • Effectively train on and present our company solutions via webinar.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to identify and drive partner programs and events.
    • Demonstrate excellent understanding of the industry including competitive issues and products.
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions
    • Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
    • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
    • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
    • Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts
    • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
    • Arrange and carry out product training, analyse costs and sales
    • Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records and meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
    • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
    • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
    • Help in the design of custom-made products
    • Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • 5-8 years of strong experience.

    • Excellent in Verbal and Oral

    • Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven, forward-thinking way.

    • Must know how to write RFP responses and detailed security plans

    • Proven work-ethic and time-management skills.

    • Excellent selling, technical and negotiating skills.

    • Excellent technical aptitudes in virtualization, server knowledge, network administration.

    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

    • Deep understanding of North American MSP market.

    • A keen interest in IT issues.

    • The ability to write reports and proposals.

    • The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.

    • Strong listening and presentation skills

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
