    We are seeking a BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH SPEAKING qualified professional to join our team for the role of a Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist.     In the INSURANCE SALES POSITION, you will have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals focused on providing insurance products to help client protect their homes, and cars, along with any other products we offer.

    INSURANCE SALES RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Prospecting and generating new business through superior leads & referrals; conducting policy reviews; Generating quotes; Relationship building; providing excellent client support

    INSURANCE SALES REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: A Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license with one-year insurance agency experience preferred; UNLICENSED CANDIDATES WHO ARE WILLING TO OBTAIN THEIR PERSONAL LINES LICENSE WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED; Confident, self-starter who works well independently; Must have the ability to multi-task

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

    · Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

    · Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance product sales, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing.

    REQUIREMENTS

    · Fluent in Spanish and English in written and oral (Required)

    · INSURANCE SALES EXPERIENCE/ PROPERTY CASUALTY LICENSES PREFERRED/ REQUIRED.

    · Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

    · Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

    · Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

    · Self-motivated

    · Ability to multi-task

    · Ability to effectively relate to a customer

    · Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
