Geiger Pump & Equipment is a leading supplier of critical pumps, vacuum pumps, blowers, mixers, and related equipment to manufacturers and water treatment plants throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD or Aston, PA.

The Customer Service Professional will:

· Provide customers with pricing for equipment parts or repairs, order acknowledgements and status updates

· Enter and track orders in our business system, including inputting sales and shop orders

· Work with our shipping team to coordinating shipments

· Purchase materials to fulfill orders and monitor inventory and regularly purchase materials to maintain inventory levels

· Work in partnership with our sales teams to assure customer expectations are met or exceeded

· Focus on providing customers with exceptional customer service and clear, timely communication

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability and desire to learn quickly

Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe, and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and business systems such as Sage 300

Ability to complete tasks independently and manage time

Positive attitude and desire to learn and contribute to a team and provide exceptional service

Associates degree would be a plus
