Geiser, Bowman & McLafferty, LLC (GBM Law) is a personal injury law firm looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist who has the skills and ability to fit the below description. Previous experience working in a law firm is preferred but not required.

DUTIES
- Answer phones, transfer calls and create new client intakes
- Distribute e-faxes and online lead forms
- Upload medical requests through 3rd party retrieval company/upload records to software
- Sort, scan and upload daily mail
- Maintain monthly call log
- Complete firm wide office stats monthly
- Manage front lobby; schedule conference rooms & keep front office tidy
- Assist with ordering office supplies
- Opening new client files as-needed
- Interoffice support for miscellaneous projects; treatment logs, demand packages, etc
- Scan and shred closed files as needed
- Send rejection letters to callers
- Assist with planning events and outings
- Cleaning/disinfecting office

Schedule:
COVID-19 considerations:
Separate Offices for each staff member and cleaning and sanitizing.
