SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our Salesforce CRM adoption including, road map, strategy, customer MDM, business process evaluation, development, and execution. The Salesforce Manager will partner with various teams across the organization including Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Marketing to ensure the execution of our CRM growth strategy. The right candidate is a change agent with the ability to drive success - from ideation to execution. As the leader, you are expected to set the tone and standards for how the group executes and manages the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the constantly evolving and maturing Salesforce CRM platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as a lead for all Salesforce requirements, integrations, development, and Administration.
· Responsible for business and functional analysis along with project management
· Maintain the functional areas of data management, accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, Cases, etc.
· Oversee the accuracy and consistency of our customer information along with relevant digital assets.
· Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM, marketing, and Sales / Service operations.
· Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and technology offerings, and communicate to management as necessary.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and business meetings effectively.
· Excellent communication skills to interact with all project stakeholders including all levels of users and senior management
· Working knowledge of Apex is plus
· Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks
· Effective planning, prioritizing, goal-setting skills
· Strong personal interest in digital technology and awareness of industry standards or best-known methods
QUALIFICATIONS
· 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce or CRM leadership role with cross functional experience, including sales, marketing operations, customers service and e-commerce management.
· Willingness to learn, listen and teach.
· Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
