JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for promoting and maintaining a high level of sales of Gemini’s products and services working within an established territory and providing superior customer service and support. Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR SUCCESSFUL JOB PERFORMANCE:
TRAVEL:
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the city of Santa Ana, CA.
Position requires 80% local territory travel (within driving distance) and 10% for corporate office meetings and industry conventions
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Previous legal experience is preferred, but not required.
College degree preferred, but not required
Minimum of two years successful sales experience
Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting sales goals is required
Professional Appearance and stable work history
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Ability to perform all assigned job duties
Valid Driver’s license and current auto insurance
Must be able to perform all physical activities, including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, standing, climbing, or walking while carrying out assigned duties.
Must be able to sit for at least one hour at a time (total: 4-6 hours/day). Must be able to use the keyboard for extended periods of time (total: 2-4 hours/day). Must be able to use a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 3-5 hours/day). Must be able to sit and/or drive for extended periods of time, up to 4-6 hours a day. Must be able to walk to and from law offices <15 minutes at a time, multiple times throughout the day.
