    Job Summary:

    Pantry cooks will be responsible for their assigned station. This includes prepping for and working

    through service by preparing and cooking items to specified standards and recipes. Pantry cooks are

    also responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment as well as a full breakdown of their assigned station.

    Responsibilities

    Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies

    Prepares items via varied cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

    Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage and labeling.

    Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces throughout the shift.

    Performs inventory checks and communicates with Chefs about pars.

    Helps to maintain an inclusive and positive work environment for all team members.

    Qualifications

    Team player

    Knife Skills

    1-2 years of experience preferred

    The ability to work nights and weekends

    The ability to work on your feet for long periods of time

    Needs to be able to lift 50 lbs or more
