    Job Description

    We are Gemmacon! We are a small start up style company expanding and growing. We are looking for a QA Test Engineer to become an integral part of our growing team. You will be testing cutting edge technologies even before they make their way to the public! So if you are curious, self driven and gritty, we are looking for you! Responsibilities: * Execute test cases to ensure they validate requirements. * Create test cases based on specifications and other types of documentation. * Capture and report on test case execution * Able to identify and troubleshoot defects and help find root causes Qualifications: * 2+ years experience in QA Testing * Experience with JIRA, Xray, ALM and other testing tools * Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle and SQLServer * Deadline and detail-oriented * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * ISTQB certification preferred Requirements: * 2+ years of JIRA experience * 2+ years in automotive space or similar field. * Bachelor or Master Degree * Local to Los Angeles * AGILE methodology experience * Able to work in the US for any employer * Experience working in a Scrum environment We value strong willed and talented individuals who can bring fresh ideas to the table.
