GEN3 Electric and HVAC is growing and we need a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our diverse team and support our hard working electricians and HVAC technicians in the field. **** ** Daily Responsibilities:**

• Plan for the needs of the install teams with the help of a computerized inventory system.
• Prepare material orders for our install teams so they can win the day.
• Document the material and purchase orders on a per-job basis to help management determine job-costing.
• Optimize daily workflows to help your team member succeed and keep the company growing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workplace.
• Deliver equipment and materials to job locations .

Job Expectations and Requirements:

• Have a valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record (you do not need your own vehicle)
• Use a computer and work in a web-based inventory system or have other database experience.
• Identify solutions when difficult logistic or inventory challenges occur.
• Have a great attitude and find joy in helping others.
• Have a desire to grow with the company – and we are growing!
• Most importantly, you must choose to be excellent every day.

Pay and Benefits:

Our pay is market rate with Warehouse Associates earning $18-$20 per hour. In addition to great pay, you will receive full medical, dental, 401k, PTO and more! That's right, we pay 100% of the policy premium for employee medical and dental.
