TARGET COMPENSATION: $75,000-$100,000

SALARY: $40,000-$42,000 PLUS COMMISSION

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help lead the growth of our Sales Organization in a very exciting space- Genetic Testing for Cancer Risk and other Hereditary Diseases!

You will be responsible for Building your own sales team which includes Candidate Identification, Recruiting new hires, Coaching, and Follow Up.

ONCE YOU BRING ON A NEW REPRESENTATIVE YOU WILL RECEIVE SALES CREDIT COMMISSION FOR ALL OF THEIR SALES!

WHO WE ARE:

GeneID is a rapidly expanding Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Genetic Testing Laboratory located in Montvale, NJ (border of NY and NJ in Bergen County). We specialize in Cancer Risk Predictive Testing as well as other Diseases.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential Sales employees
• · On-board and train new employees
• · Implement company culture, values and policies
• · Provide management with requested reports and documents
• · Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• · Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• · Proven track record of recruiting, hiring and on-boarding Sales Representatives
• · Experience Utilize multiple recruiting platforms to source the most qualified candidates
• · Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• · Ability to build rapport with all employees
• · Strong organizational skills
• Experience with managing salespeople
• · Excellent written and verbal communication skill
