Abacus Staffing is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for multiple opportunities throughout the Orlando Metro area. We offer a variety of schedules and competitive pay rates, with immediate openings available.

Pay Rate

• $14.25/hour – $18.45/hour (based on position, shift, and experience)

Available Schedules

• 8-hour shifts: Monday – Friday
• 12-hour rotating shifts:
  • 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Schedule Rotation:
    • Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off (Sunday – Tuesday)
    • Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off (Sunday – Wednesday)
    • Alternate shifts: Wednesday – Saturday or Thursday – Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
• Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners or manual systems
• Prepare orders for shipment and verify product quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work assigned schedule and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to Orlando-area job sites
• Steel or composite-toe safety shoes required
