General Assembly II
Location: Warehouse / Manufacturing Environment
We are seeking a dependable General Assembly II associate to support electrical and electronic assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly, inspection, and packaging of components while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install electrical or electronic components and subassemblies
- Inspect and test wiring and assemblies for proper function
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Clean, label, and package finished products for shipment
- Distribute materials and maintain organized work areas
- Communicate with supervisors to resolve production issues
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read instructions and perform basic math
- Basic computer skills (email, opening documents)
- Strong communication skills; reliable and dependable
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 65 lbs as needed
- Work in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with moderate noise
