What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Operator, you’ll help put together and prepare our products so they’re ready to ship. Your daily work may include:
- Packing and boxing finished parts
- Cleaning tools and your work area
- Using simple hand tools (staple gun, tape measure, glue gun, etc.)
- Inspecting parts to make sure they meet quality standards
- Working with your team to keep production safe and efficient

What We’re Looking For
- GED or High School Diploma
- 18 years or older
- Able to communicate and follow instructions
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, teamwork and lean mindset
- Must pass drug test & background check

- Limpiar herramientas y tu área de trabajo
- Usar herramientas manuales simples (pistola de grapas, cinta métrica, pistola de pegamento, etc.)
- Inspeccionar piezas para asegurar calidad
- Trabajar en equipo para mantener una producción segura y eficiente

Lo Que Buscamos
- GED o diploma de secundaria
- Tener 18 años o más

Requerimientos Físicos
- Caminar y estar de pie durante el turno
- Alcanzar, agarrar, empujar y levantar
- Uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras ocasionalmente
Ambiente de Trabajo
- Área de trabajo tipo almacén (sin clima controlado)
- Temperaturas frías o calientes según la temporada
- Trabajo alrededor de maquinaria y objetos en movimiento
