Join Restoration 1 of Lakeshore as a General Construction Laborer, where you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to restoring homes and businesses. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in various construction tasks including demolition and finishing work.

Load and unload equipment, materials and tools to ensure job sites are well-equipped.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Support skilled tradespeople in completing projects efficiently.

Participate in site clean-up and organization at the end of each workday.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Adhere to project timelines and help meet deadlines.

Learn and apply new skills related to construction and restoration work.

Learn new skills in the property damage restoration industry.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in interior finishing (Drywall, Paint, trim, flooring) preferred.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Successful completion of a background check.
