    Burgess Construction is a fast-growing residential outdoor living company specializing in custom decks and deck covers. We’re looking for an experienced Deck Installer who takes pride in their craft, works well with a team, and wants to grow with a company that values quality and integrity. What You’ll Do • Install residential decks and deck covers according to plans and specifications • Read blueprints and follow engineered drawings • Measure, cut, and assemble framing and decking materials with precision • Perform demolition and site prep as needed • Ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness • Collaborate with the production manager and crew to complete projects on time What We’re Looking For • Minimum 3 years of professional deck building or carpentry experience • Strong knowledge of framing, decking systems, and code requirements • Ability to work with power tools and hand tools safely • Experience with composite decking (Trex, TimberTech, etc.) is a plus • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a crew • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Consistent, year-round work • Opportunity for advancement in a growing company • Supportive team environment—no egos, just pride in quality work • Weekly Taco Tuesdays (yep, it’s a thing here) • Top Tier 75% employer-paid medical benefits package • 4 Day work weeks with Fridays and Sundays off • PTO Responsibilities: • Meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements by removing debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean • Adhere to all directions from the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately Qualifications: • Good depth perception and eye-hand coordination are needed, as are mechanical skills • Comfortable working in inclement weather, like extreme temperatures, rain, etc. • Past construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment and the ability to understand blueprints and construction plans are required • Carry a valid driver's license • This position relies on physical strength and stamina Compensation: $58,000 - $62,400 yearly
