We’re looking for an experienced Deck Installer who takes pride in their craft, works well with a team, and wants to grow with a company that values quality and integrity. Qualifications: • Comfortable working in inclement weather, like extreme temperatures, rain, etc. • Carry a valid driver's license • This position relies on physical strength and stamina • Ability to work safely with power tools and hand tools, prioritizing safety for yourself and your teammates. • Experience with composite decking materials like Trex and TimberTech is a plus, adding versatility to your skill set. • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively with a crew, fostering a team-oriented environment. • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ensuring you can meet job site requirements efficiently. Compensation: $58,000 - $62,400 yearly
