About the Role: We are seeking a Construction laborers to join our team at SERVPRO of St. Paul Central West. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and eager to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish

Read blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications

Measure and cut materials to ensure a precise fit

Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding

Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in construction

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
