Commercial Superintendent - GC Division

Are you an experienced commercial superintendent who's delivered high-profile, design-driven projects and is ready to bring that expertise to high-end residential home builds? This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a more intimate, craftsmanship-focused environment where you can thrive in a respected and dynamic organization. As the Superintendent, you will work closely with the GC division head and project managers to optimize our projects and create the best customer experience. You are a builder at heart, having been a “bags on” carpenter who did the work, and now you want to take our customers' dreams from plan to building.

What you get to own:

• Coordinate and direct all on-site work
• Using architectural plans, lay out the entire house from axis lines/gridlines by directing concrete, structural steel, and carpenters where to place the structure.
• Review and markup shop drawings for structural and finish trades.
• Build the project schedule and identify all critical paths
• Collaborate with PM, APM, PA as well as subcontractors to foresee and solve problems

What we're looking for:

• 20+ years experience in construction; commercial or residential
• 10+ years of experience as a carpenter or other trade experience
• 5+ years of experience as a bags-on Foreman/Super
• Current usage of Procore, MS Project or Primavera is highly desirable
• Keen understanding of best practices for construction and building codes.
