    Bookkeeper/Accountant Full-Time, in office near Rancho Cucamonga We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and creative Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to management team Prepare and issuing invoicing Assure financial discipline of the company Be responsible for AP and AR Participate in office management meetings and decisions making process Report to the President Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting or other related fields Minimum Associates Degree in Financial/accounting Experience in commercial construction, architectural or engineering consulting company Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Experience with current computer accounting programs (Quickbooks, Timberline, Sage) and reporting tools Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and in writing communications skills Friendly and happy attitude Born team player Experience in Project Management a plus Company Description General Contractor specializing in commercial construction.
