Rose Atlantic is seeking a licensed and insured General Contractor to be on call for maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across our properties.

This role is ideal for a reliable contractor interested in ongoing, as-needed work with a growing property management group.

Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to):

General property maintenance and repairs

Interior and exterior repairs

Minor renovations and improvements

Emergency maintenance when required

Coordination of subcontractors as needed

Providing repair assessments and recommendations

Requirements:

Active General Contractor license

Valid insurance (general liability and workers’ compensation, if applicable)

Experience with residential and/or commercial properties

Ability to use CompanyCam to document work

Upload before, during, and after photos for all completed jobs

Reliable communication and timely response to work orders

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Professional interaction with tenants and property managers

Payment Terms:

Payment is issued after job completion and submission of required photos via CompanyCam

Compensation varies based on the scope and type of work performed

Rates are agreed upon prior to work authorization
