Job Title: General Contractor / Reconstruction Project Manager Location: Central Indiana

Growing restoration and reconstruction company seeking an experienced General Contractor with strong subcontractor relationships and proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors

Maintain schedules, budgets, and job quality

Review insurance scopes/estimates (Xactimate preferred)

Communicate with customers and internal team

Qualifications:

5+ years construction or GC experience

Established subcontractor network

Strong project management and leadership skills

Insurance restoration experience preferred

Valid driver’s license
